Lead Pharmacist

Position: Lead Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is currently in search of a dedicated Lead Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure optimal patient care within a reputable healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Dispensing medications and managing inventory to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Providing expert patient counseling and addressing medication adherence challenges.
• Coordinating the scheduling of pharmacy technicians and supporting departmental objectives.

Work Schedule:
As a leader in the pharmacy, you will have the flexibility to establish your own schedule while being available to work alternate weekends. The pharmacy operates:

• Weekdays: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that are advantageous include:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s).
• An equivalent combination of education and business management experience.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
