Lead Pharmacist

Position: Lead Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a dedicated Lead Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure optimal patient care. This role is essential in providing a supportive and high-quality healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Pharmacist, you will:

• Manage prescription fulfillment and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Ensure the secure storage of medications, including controlled substances.
• Provide expert patient counseling and address medication adherence challenges.
• Oversee the scheduling of pharmacy technicians and support departmental objectives.

Work Schedule:
As a leader in the pharmacy, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Availability to work alternate weekends is required. Typical hours include:

• Weekdays: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would enhance your application include:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s).
• Experience in business management.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
