Registered Pharmacist In Charge

HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Registered Pharmacist In Charge to join a highly regarded healthcare organization committed to enhancing patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications, oversee inventory management, and ensure the secure storage of pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances.
• Engage in patient consultations and address barriers to medication compliance.
• Coordinate the scheduling of pharmacy technicians and support the operational goals of the pharmacy department.
• Work Schedule: As the Pharmacist Leader, you will have the flexibility to establish your own hours. Must be adaptable and available to work alternate weekends.
  Weekdays – Operating hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  Weekends – Operating hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Active state pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certifications.
• Equivalent combination of educational background and experience in business management.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 plus a sign-on bonus.
