Position: Lead Pharmacist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a qualified Lead Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Pharmacist, you will:
1. Dispense medications and monitor drug inventory, ensuring compliance with storage and security protocols for all pharmaceuticals, including controlled substances.
2. Provide expert patient counseling and address any issues related to medication adherence.
3. Manage technician scheduling and support the pharmacy department's objectives and sales goals.

Work Schedule:
As a leader in the pharmacy, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with a requirement to work every other weekend. The pharmacy operates:
- Weekdays: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Active state pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant Pharmacy Board Certifications
- Equivalent combination of education and business management experience
