Job Summary

Oriana House is seeking a skilled Electronic Monitoring Technician to join our team. As an Electronic Monitoring Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely client whereabouts through regular calls and notifications to facilities and outside agencies.
  • Enter client schedules into monitoring computers and communicate pertinent client information via email system.
  • Organize and prepare client intake packets and complete scheduled activities, including intakes, equipment installation, and emergency procedures.
  • Verify installation process through the monitoring system and ensure accurate data entry, including client logs, alerts, and incident reports.
  • Issue accurate receipts for client fees and maintain confidentiality of client files and individual client logs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Aptitude with current technology required.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that does not preclude liability insurance coverage.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
