Key Responsibilities:
- Process electronic wire transfers efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor wire task queues and banking websites to facilitate electronic wire transfers, following standard procedures for wire processing and reviewing wire documentation to confirm compliant verification requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Old Republic Title's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training on time.
- Collaborate effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients via email, phone, video conferences, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Showcase professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving in all interactions, meeting the high standards of service Old Republic Title is known for.
- Take initiative and respond to constructive feedback, contributing to the team's success while supporting other duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook with a solid foundation in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple computer applications to job duties.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
