Job Title: Wire Transfer Specialist

Job Summary:

Old Republic Title is seeking a highly skilled Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of wire transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process electronic wire transfers efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor wire task queues and banking websites to facilitate electronic wire transfers, following standard procedures for wire processing and reviewing wire documentation to confirm compliant verification requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Old Republic Title's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients via email, phone, video conferences, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Showcase professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving in all interactions, meeting the high standards of service Old Republic Title is known for.
  • Take initiative and respond to constructive feedback, contributing to the team's success while supporting other duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook with a solid foundation in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple computer applications to job duties.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and take initiative when solving problems.
  • Active listening skills and an understanding of how non-verbal cues can enhance communication in a customer-focused environment.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Remain adaptable and composed while performing under pressure and managing occasional workday disruptions.
  • Daily keyboard use and interaction with display monitors are required.
