Calibration Operations Specialist

About this Role:
Textron Systems is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Quality/Calibration Team as an Integrated Supply Chain Representative. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the Calibration Lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process equipment and assets received and returned in the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application.
- Schedule vendors for pickup and drop-off of equipment, as well as on-site calibrations.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding calibration work orders and expedite requests.
- Update procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist with internal and external audits, and source quotes from vendors.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Explorer.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle, Solumina, and ARMS.
- Previous experience working in a calibration lab.
Working Conditions:
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, and may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
