MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. seeks a skilled Home Care Physical Therapist to provide expert physical therapy services to our clients in their homes. This opportunity is perfect for DPTs looking to apply their knowledge and skills in a dynamic and rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' physical therapy requirements.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve clients' mobility, strength, and overall physical functioning.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on managing physical limitations.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience in home care or a similar environment is desirable.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, including comprehensive benefits package, up-to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus, and up-to $30,000 Student Loan Reimbursement over 3 years.
