Position Summary: At PackPro Movers INC, we are committed to providing exceptional moving services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Relocation Specialist and Vehicle Operator. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.

Compensation:
We understand the importance of your time, which is why we ensure you are compensated for all drive time. Our pay structure is designed to reward hard work and skill:

  • Tips can range from $640 to $1,280 monthly ($4 to $8 per hour).
  • Vehicle Operators start at $19 per hour, with potential earnings reaching up to $21 per hour. With tips, your total earnings could range from $23 to $29 per hour, averaging around $26 per hour.
  • Relocation Specialists begin at $17 per hour, with pay increasing to $19 per hour. With tips, you can expect to earn $21 to $27 per hour, averaging about $24 per hour.
  • Exceptional performance may lead to quicker advancement and higher pay.
  • Experienced candidates may bypass training and achieve top pay in their first week.

Training Details:
During the training period, which may last from one week to two months, Vehicle Operators will earn $17 per hour, while Relocation Specialists will earn $15 per hour. Training focuses on efficient moving techniques, customer satisfaction, and safety protocols.

Requirements for Vehicle Operators:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • No speeding tickets or accidents on your driving record in the past three years.
  • Experience driving a Non-CDL box truck is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Daily Responsibilities:
Your typical workday will involve one house move or several smaller apartment relocations. Responsibilities include:

  • Packing, wrapping, loading, and unloading customer belongings, including furniture and boxes.
  • Disassembling and reassembling furniture as needed.

General Requirements:
Vehicle Operators: Must possess a valid driver's license for over two years and be capable of leading a small crew. Must meet age and driving record requirements.

All Candidates: Must be physically fit, possess excellent customer service skills, maintain a professional appearance, and have reliable transportation.
