Branch Development Specialist

Hilltop Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated Branch Development Specialist. This position is focused on the daily management of designated real estate portfolios, collaborating closely with branches on various initiatives including new branch openings, relocations, expansions, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for branch locations.
  • Work in partnership with management to evaluate branch requirements and ensure compliance with approval protocols.
  • Review onboarding activities to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
  • Coordinate with external partners to sustain a comprehensive database of capital projects, manage insurance documentation, and oversee utility services for branch operations.
  • Promote ongoing process enhancements within the department.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to commute to the Dallas office without relocation support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in Real Estate Administration and Construction Management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
