About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing functional rehabilitation services in the home and community setting. As a key member of our team, you will work with patients who have experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA to help them regain functional capabilities and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess treatment plans and communicate with the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure collaboration and coordination of care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
