Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs.
- Regularly reassess patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
