About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in our Home and Community Program, providing functional rehabilitation services to individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
  • Effective communication and professional interaction skills
