Crestwood Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our senior management team, the CEO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall operations of the acute-care facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with system management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans to drive growth and success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to hospital managers, directors, and officers, fostering a culture of ownership and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality accreditations, working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, board members, and community leaders.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and partnerships with physicians and healthcare organizations.
- Manage costs and identify opportunities for cost containment, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer.
- Represent the medical center at various meetings and events, promoting our mission and values.
- Masters degree in hospital administration or business administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful leadership experience in a healthcare facility, with a proven track record of building relationships, growing revenue, and meeting regulatory requirements.
