Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations
  • Lead quality control and in-servicing initiatives to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of project and program work
  • Assist in the training of safe and proper mixing and use of cleaning solutions
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years' experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers
