We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team at the esteemed Mirabel Hotel & Restaurant Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Located in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, our Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, Aubergine, offers an unparalleled atmosphere for food enthusiasts. We are looking for an experienced part-time breakfast/prep cook who can deliver high-quality dishes with attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing guest satisfaction and teamwork. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, and a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and season food dishes for breakfast, employee meals, and dinner service
