Job Opportunity

Northeast Family Services is seeking a skilled Electronic Health Record Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to our team's success. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail and consultative service skills when interacting with staff to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Participate in the development of training plans for data utilization to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Act as a project coordinator for all Clinical Quality related projects, including establishing KPIs, Quality Assurance Plans, monitoring, and reporting on compliance.
  • Identify, assess, troubleshoot, and resolve EHR-related issues to ensure efficient and functional workflows for end users of our software application.
  • Maintain proper user control by adding and deactivating users and updating credentials as necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all patient/client and employee information.
  • Collaborate with Program Directors to disseminate and review data as required.
  • Participate in agency meetings and in-services, and complete staff training as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years of EHR technical support, training, and administration experience preferred.
  • Experience in supporting behavioral health programming.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with various computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to formulate positive collaborative relationships with program managers and staff.
  • Ability to work remotely.
