Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Perform inspections of aerospace components and assemblies using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other precision measuring tools.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to evaluate part features and tolerances.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining quality management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in operating CMM equipment and interpreting inspection data.
- Knowledge of blueprints and GD&T.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
