Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager

Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to join our team. As a Bilingual Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing culturally and linguistically appropriate post placement services and trauma-informed, intensive, and comprehensive case management to Unaccompanied Children (UC), and their families, with specific challenges and/or special circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of the safety and appropriateness of the UC's placement using child welfare principles and social work best practices.
  • Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate post placement services to UC and their families.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans to address the unique needs of UC and their families.
  • Collaborate with community-based organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being and safety of UC and their families.
  • Document all interactions and case management activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Services.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in social services, case management, child welfare.
  • Experience in child welfare, child placements, family preservation and social service provision is desired.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (not required, however very ideal. Interpretations are provided if needed).
  • Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (includes history of conviction of child and sexual abuse).

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000
