Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Implement and manage tools and systems to enhance sales prospecting and lead management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
