Overview:

The Culinary Support Specialist plays a vital role in the daily functions of the central kitchen by aiding in food preparation, cooking, and distribution. This position operates under the supervision of the Production Supervisor to ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Adheres to the established dress code and sanitation protocols.
  • Prepares, cooks, and packages components of daily meals.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engages in food preparation activities as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
  • Participates in end-of-day cleaning and organization.
  • Attends training sessions focused on safety and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibly adapts to various roles as necessary.
  • Utilizes basic computer skills for tasks such as managing emails and completing forms.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.
