Substance Use Disorder Specialist

BAART is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with opioid use disorder.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address crisis management, coping strategies, and overall treatment goals.
- Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement aftercare plans and discharge plans to support patients in their recovery journey.
- Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure accurate and current clinical records.
- Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in behavioral science and counseling/case management experience.
- A Certified CDP or eligibility to take the examination required for certification in the state of Washington.
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
