Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Oracle HCM Cloud Project Lead to drive the implementation of the Oracle HCM system at Systemart, LLC. This role requires a leader who can manage the deployment and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle cloud HCM application to optimize operational workflows. The ideal candidate will possess extensive consulting experience, a solid understanding of HCM business processes, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrated experience in executing multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) solution, from initial planning through to design, build, testing, and successful launch.

2. In-depth functional expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud application.

3. Proven ability to lead project teams, including overseeing workstream leads to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and exceed client expectations.

4. Experience in managing project budgets, including tracking and addressing project risks and issues to guarantee exceptional project delivery.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Support activities such as system strategy development, business requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, current and future state business process design, prototype demonstrations, functional configuration, testing, and user training related to Oracle HCM implementation.

7. Organize and prioritize tasks while providing progress updates on deliverables.

8. Guide the business team throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on the adoption of best practices.

9. Design processes and create the solution blueprint for project execution.

10. Effectively communicate product/module features to business teams through product familiarization sessions and training as required.

11. Facilitate business requirements meetings, encourage productive discussions, and drive decision-making.

12. Responsibilities include workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, application configuration, comprehensive testing for successful outcomes, best practice advice for business processes, deployment planning, execution, and post-launch support.

13. Provide expert guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.

14. Oversee testing cycles and perform cutover activities necessary for go-live readiness.

15. Demonstrate the solution approach through proof of concept and seek business approval prior to moving into the solution design and development phase.

16. Coordinate design and configuration efforts with all functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope.

17. Collaborate with business teams to assist in converting legacy data.

18. Lead the testing efforts, including test case preparation and user testing of the solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

19. At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

20. A minimum of 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting capacity on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.

21. At least 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

22. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM implementation consulting.

23. Expertise in North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.

24. Previous experience with a consulting or systems integration organization.

25. Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.

26. Anticipate client/project needs, develop alternative solutions, and provide support for delivery teams and staff.
