Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions.
  • Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects and prepare the solution blueprint.
  • Communicate product features to business teams through product familiarity sessions and technical training.
  • Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful data migrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to go-live and post-production support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules.
  • Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in the implementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • More than ten years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as a technical lead consultant.
