As a Sales Support Specialist, your typical responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring effective follow-through on all directives from management.
  • Maintaining strong communication and rapport with team members.
  • Engaging in inbound and outbound activities such as upselling, lead qualification, and lead management.
  • Meeting or exceeding established sales targets as set by management.
  • Monitoring personal production and performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Utilizing strong solution-selling skills to positively impact company objectives.
  • Increasing overall customer subscriptions through proactive outreach to prospects and existing clients.
  • Documenting all sales activities accurately.
  • Staying informed about and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting on customer, industry, or market trends to management.
  • Collaborating within a team to develop innovative solutions that drive growth with integrity and effectiveness.
  • Assisting clients with application and website-related inquiries, including troubleshooting and account management.
  • Ensuring clients receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Gathering information from various sources to resolve client issues.
  • Engaging in continuous learning opportunities as we enhance our platform's features and capabilities.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for all current and future product offerings.
  • Identifying client needs, issues, and perceptions.
  • Undertaking additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical support preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of customer support or call center experience required.
  • A minimum of one year of inside sales experience required.
  • General knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with technical applications and a solid understanding of operating systems and mobile devices.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting all commitments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player while managing multiple tasks.
