About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Management RN Manager to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our Care Management Department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our clinical care management model, staff, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and management to the Care Management Department
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 24-31 FTEs
  • Manage a budget of approximately $M
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient care coordination
  • Advocate for patients and families to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years Supervisory experience, including program planning, performance management, staff development, and evaluation
  • 1 year Care Management experience
  • 3 years Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Social Services, Utilization Review/Quality Management, or Case Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
