Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with directorates and offices to address security issues related to program, physical, personnel, operational, technical, information, industrial, and information system security.
  • Provide assistance to defense contractors in all industrial security disciplines, including classification reviews, DD 254 preparation, and SOP development.
  • Coordinate co-use agreements and memorandums of understanding to ensure seamless collaboration with government agencies and mission partners.
  • Perform personnel security-related tasks, including briefings, debriefs, and review of program-related information for proper markings.
  • Other duties as necessary to support the program security manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience or associate's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with program and personnel security, including a working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives and NRO Directives and Instructions.
  • Ability to implement government security requirements for government and industry facilities accreditation and information systems certification and accreditation.
  • Working knowledge of security tools, databases, and processes, including ICD 503 and 705, NISPOM, and company PSO oversight.
  • Familiarity with performing company PSO oversight and working with industrial security staffs.
  • Ability to handle security classification issues, identify and assess sources for classification determinations, and work complex or sensitive security issues with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability in research, analysis, and writing, as well as prioritizing competing requirements and tasks and managing long-term tasks as well as short-term obligations on multiple assigned projects.
  • Ability to travel CONUS 25%.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, establish effective working relationships with government agencies and mission partners, and analyze complex information to take appropriate actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requirements and tasks, manage long-term tasks as well as short-term obligations, and effectively operate independently or on teams.
  • Ability to communicate one-on-one or in large groups, interact and effectively communicate with government personnel, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Be successful in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly.
Security Requirements:

Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer, scanner, and facsimile.
