At ManTech International Corporation, we're committed to protecting our nation's security while fostering a culture of innovation and growth. As a Program Security Officer 2, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security of our organization and our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Directorates and Offices to address security issues and provide general security support
  • Assist defense contractors in all industrial security disciplines, including personnel, physical, and information security
  • Perform classification reviews and prepare DD 254s, SOPs, and waivers
  • Coordinate Co-Use Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding
  • Provide assistance on personnel security-related issues, including briefings, debriefs, and reviewing program-related information for proper markings
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience or Associates and 6+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Program and Personnel Security
  • Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives, NRO Directives, and Instructions
  • Ability to implement Government security requirements for Government and Industry facilities accreditation and information systems certification and accreditation
  • Working knowledge of Security Tools, Databases, and Processes
  • Familiarity with ICD 503 and 705, NISPOM, and performing Company PSO oversight
  • Experience working with industrial security staffs and developing and implementing security tasks or specialties in support of a SCIF environment
  • Ability to handle security classification issues and identify and assess sources for classification determinations
  • Familiarity with the acquisition lifecycle security requirements and ability to work complex or sensitive security issues with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and tasks and manage long-term tasks as well as short-term obligations on multiple assigned projects

  • Ability to analyze complex information, take appropriate actions, and review and approve recommendations from others

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently or on teams
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate one-on-one or in large groups
  • Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with government personnel
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Be successful in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly
Security Requirements:

Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer, scanner, and facsimile
