At ManTech International Corporation, we're committed to protecting our nation's security while fostering a culture of innovation and growth. As a Program Security Officer 2, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer's mission by providing unparalleled security support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program security support to the NRO Office of Security and Counterintelligence, completing assigned actions in a multi-disciplined and complex organization.
  • Work with various directorates and offices to address physical, personnel, operational, technical, information, industrial, and information system security issues.
  • Assist defense contractors in all industrial security disciplines, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Successfully navigate a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Review and prepare DD Form 254s, Contract Data Classification Worksheets, and coordinate Co-Use Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding.
  • Multi-task effectively, managing competing requirements and tasks while delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or Associates and 6+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in IC or DoD security, with a strong understanding of multiple disciplines.
  • Able to work complex and sensitive security issues thoroughly and with discretion, establishing effective working relationships with government agencies and mission partners.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing sources for classification determinations, resolving security classification issues, and providing effective risk-managed security recommendations.
  • Able to perform classification reviews, analyze complex information, and deliver articulate briefings/presentations to groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively one-on-one or in large groups.
  • Able to interact and communicate with peers, staff, and senior government personnel, providing PSO guidance to junior PSOs.

Security Requirements:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time, communicating and exchanging information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
