We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Provider to join our team at YesCare, a pioneer provider of correctional healthcare. As a Medical Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities- Provide Primary Care Services: As a Medical Care Provider, your primary responsibility will be to provide routine medical care to our patients. This includes conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, including documentation of treatments, diagnoses, and test results.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff, to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay Current with Best Practices: You will be expected to stay current with the latest developments in medical care, including new treatments, technologies, and guidelines.
- Graduate of an Accredited Program: You must have graduated from an accredited program in a relevant field, such as nursing or medicine.
- Certification and Licensure: You must hold current certification and licensure to practice in Virginia.
- State Practice Act Compliance: You must be competent to perform responsibilities as defined by the state's practice act.
- CPR Certification: You must maintain current CPR certification.
- Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
