We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Capital Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the health and well-being of our patients.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical history, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey or eligibility for licensure
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a nursing training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
