About the Role

This position is ideal for a Medical Professional looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care. As a Nurse Practitioner with YesCare Corp, you will provide high-quality clinical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide community-based standard care based on evidence-based medicine for various clinical services.
  • Document encounters in patient medical records and participate in quality improvement measures.
  • Adhere to approved formularies and utilize available resources before seeking off-site referrals.
Additional Requirements
  • Notifies Regional Medical Director and Site Health Services Administrator of schedule changes.
  • Assists in arranging coverage for medical services if unavailable for extended periods.
  • Participates in all quality improvement measures, including sentinel event review.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
