Job Summary: As a Restorative Aide at Cantex Continuing Care Network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the provision of restorative and/or rehabilitative care, ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to patients, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist in the provision of restorative or rehabilitative care, including ambulation, range of motion, and positioning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the care team.
  • Observe and report on patient conditions, documenting observations as required.
  • Participate in in-service training programs and attend monthly Quality Assurance Meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements:
  • State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
