Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team in Frisco, TX. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their treatment sessions, monitoring progress, and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients during treatment
- Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Three years' work experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
