Adecco is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to address workforce needs and resolve challenges related to talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes within the company.
  2. HR Expertise: Offer well-rounded HR expertise across various disciplines as needed, aligned with leadership priorities and organizational goals.
  3. Performance Management: Deliver day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, career development, and handling disciplinary actions.
  4. HR Programs: Roll out HR programs covering areas like compensation, rewards, employee development, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, and workforce optimization.
  5. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the design and execution of those projects within the business unit.
  6. Metrics and Reporting: Generate and distribute key HR metrics and reports.
  7. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities, potentially involving organizing or presenting at events.
  8. Workplace Relationships: Work with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  9. Leadership Coaching: Coach leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and manage change initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree with 7-10+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience.
  2. Experience: Experience working with all levels of management, from front-line supervisors to senior leaders.
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach. Proven ability to coach, influence, and build relationships to drive decision-making. Business acumen and expertise in data-driven decision-making. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  4. Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.

Requirements and Abilities
  1. Physical Abilities: Exposure to computer screens for an extended period. Sitting for extended periods of time. Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction. Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  2. Cognitive Abilities: Finger dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  3. Languages: Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred).
