About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our team at Pole/Zero Acquisition, Inc. in West Chester, OH. As an Electronic Assembler, you will play a critical role in supporting the military community by completing the basic assembly of standard and volume-based products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solder various electronic components, wires, and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
  • Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
  • Incorporate engineering changes to new and existing products at board level.
  • Record activity into a database.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)).
  • 2+ years soldering experience required.
  • 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience required.
  • IPC-610 certification preferred.
