Job Description

The Electronics Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of components, the assembly of finished products, and performing assigned soldering processes as required, including soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, Ohio.

Work Environment

The company follows lean 6s standards with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This position is within the military aerospace division, consisting of 6-7 different cells with 5-6 people per cell. The work environment involves working in close quarters and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and meticulous double-checking are crucial for each step of the process. Shifts available: 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
