Summary: Seeking a 2nd shift PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial automation machinery.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment

  • Detailed knowledge of repairing and maintaining manufacturing machinery

  • Experience with electronics (12VDC-460 VAC), hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls

  • Proficiency with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues

  • Hands-on experience with ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots

  • Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic, electric schematics

  • Understanding of safety circuits and basics of VFDs and Servo Drives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

  • Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation

  • Perform skilled repairs on mechanical, electrical systems and building systems

  • Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate repair requests

  • Identify parts needed for replacement and place orders as necessary



Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
