Role Overview

This position is essential to the school, as the individual will ensure that the facility remains clean and secure while also performing light maintenance tasks.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will exhibit integrity, dependability, and ethical conduct, with the ability to work autonomously.

Availability is required from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments.

Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be responsible for the following janitorial and maintenance tasks:

  • Monitoring and replenishing restroom supplies
  • Laundry duties
  • Cleaning classrooms, cafeteria, restrooms, and clinic floors
  • Disposing of trash and debris
  • Mopping, dusting, and sweeping
  • Window cleaning
  • Wiping down surfaces
  • Setting up and dismantling classroom furniture
  • Performing minor maintenance and repairs, such as changing light bulbs, painting, and hanging or removing items from walls

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, kneel, and climb ladders, as well as the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

It is crucial to maintain the cleanliness of the entire facility and take pride in the upkeep of our school.
