About This Role

The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with 3rd Party Channel Partners (CPs). As a key member of our team, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills and business acumen to enhance CP competencies and leverage Evoqua's portfolio solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of Evoqua's technical capabilities and the ability to develop and execute bold strategic plans that drive new business opportunities for CPs. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Partner Plus Program to track and encourage growth among key channel partners.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to forecast opportunities and develop high-ROI joint business plans.
  • Coordinate with Evoqua's corporate headquarters to ensure accurate documentation of legal agreements with 3rd party companies.
  • Organize and coordinate manufacturers' representative events, such as trainings and sales meetings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Evoqua's suite of products and services.
  • Basic competency in the elements of commerce and industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and travel opportunities.
