About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors entering the community and ensure they sign guest sheets
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
- Perform basic office and clerical functions, including maintaining visitor logs
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling internal and external parties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
