Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee the operations of our Community Living Support (CLS) programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of County Managers, developing Premier's CLS program in new locations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Liaison: Advocate for the CLS program within Premier and serve as a liaison between the CLS program and Premier's Administration Team.
  • Staff Management and Training: Interview, onboard, and train County Managers and County Manager Assistants.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain complex relationships with individuals, families, community partners, and government agencies.
  • Community Living Supports Content Expert: Provide knowledge and expertise on OARs, Premier Policies and Procedures, and CLS OARs.
  • County Manager Development and Support: Promote Premier's mission, values, and culture with County Managers and provide person-centered supervision.
  • Community Living Supports Program Development: Advocate for and build Premier's CLS program in new locations.
  • CLS Manager Coverage: Ensure coverage for County Managers while on vacation, out for illness, or in new CLS locations.
  • Community Living Supports Financial Status: Increase Premier's market share of CLS and profitability through monitoring and fostering County Managers to onboard new clients and maximize DSP hours worked.
  • Complaint/Concern Management: Manage and resolve issues by reviewing Premier policies and government regulations with individuals, families, and staff.
  • Auditing Records: Coordinate with Premier's Operations auditing process and County Managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 4 years in Human Services preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, 4 years preferred.
  • Functional understanding of local human service agency operations.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, deductive reasoning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using tact, courtesy, and cooperativeness.
  • Computer experience, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ability to use standard office equipment and software.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and initiative.
  • Ability to perform instruction, monitoring, and assessment of the work of others.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of the area and for multiple days.
  • Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
