Job Summary

Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation of residential HVAC systems, working under the supervision of the HVAC Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems.
  • Perform work with a focus on Safety and Quality, ensuring a clean and organized job site.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to achieve daily objectives and provide support as needed.
  • Participate in employee engagement, effective communication, and problem-solving to drive team success.
  • Support the implementation of team-based solutions and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with diverse personality types.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete work to a deadline.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues.
  • Good communication skills and a valid driver's license.
