Job Summary

Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation of residential HVAC systems, working under the supervision of the HVAC Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems.
  • Perform work with a focus on Safety and Quality, ensuring a clean and organized job site.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle.
  • Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of personality types.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to complete work to a deadline.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues.
  • Good communication skills.
