Position Overview

Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a reputable mechanical service provider, is on the lookout for a committed individual to fill the role of HVAC Installation Technician. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.

The HVAC Installation Technician will collaborate closely with the HVAC Lead to install a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems along with ductwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the HVAC Lead and team in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure timely arrival at job sites as scheduled.
  • Adhere to established operating procedures for all tasks.
  • Emphasize safety and quality in every aspect of work.
  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication with team members.
  • Encourage teamwork, integrity, problem-solving, and accountability.
  • Keep job sites and work vehicles clean and organized.
  • Take responsibility for safety and compliance standards.
  • Familiarize oneself with tools and materials utilized on-site.
  • Complete any additional duties as assigned.
