**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Outrigger Resorts & Hotels. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install, repair, service, inspect, test, and maintain furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities, and/or the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical, and mechanical.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our facilities and services.

**Requirements**

  • Trade or Vocation School graduate desired.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
  • Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
