Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and 8D problem-solving methodologies
  • Understanding of manufacturing practices, quality assurance methods, and process enhancement techniques

Communication and Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software

Analytical and Decision-Making Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to make informed decisions across various levels of importance

Work Environment Expectations:

  • Consistent attendance is essential
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Collaboration with diverse departments and team members is expected
