About the Role:

As a Refinery Process Optimization Specialist at Auctis Corporation, you will play a crucial part in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring consistent monitoring. Your expertise in operational data technology and project management will be invaluable in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational data to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance leadership for plant system maintenance using reliability models.
  • Manage variable and fixed costs, ensuring compliance with legal and preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Analyze capital expenditures and project designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide oversight to third-party personnel, prioritize safety, and improve their skills over time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for benchmark practices and strategic recommendations.
  • Work independently on complex issues, referring only the most intricate problems to higher-level staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years in a related role.
  • Preferred Skills: Operational data technology knowledge, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, strong project management and data analysis capabilities.
