Position Overview

In the role of Child Care Site Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, oversight, and assessment of a designated site.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the program in a nurturing environment that prioritizes safety, support, and care
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the safety and behavior of children
- Create a secure and stimulating program environment
- Communicate effectively with support personnel and parents
- Supervise and interact with children to foster their growth and development
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and management of supplies
- Build community relationships and support the objectives of YWCA
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in group activities and program development
- Ability to fulfill licensing requirements and obtain necessary certifications
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Capacity to make informed decisions in the best interest of the organization
