Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the management team to drive catering and sales growth.
  • Recruit, train, and discipline restaurant team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage daily functions, including prepping product, making food and smoothies, and completing cleaning duties.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld through coaching and leading Assistant Managers and staff.
  • Manage the brand experience, including hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.
  • Ensure all safety and security policies are being followed.
  • Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the store.

Requirements

  • 5 years of food service experience or hospitality degree.
  • Self-starter with ability to clarify ambiguity, make solid decisions, and create solutions in a fast-paced organization.

Working Conditions

  • 50-hour work week, with some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
  • Leads Crew Members and Leaders by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafe core values.
  • Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene policies.
